Application Review
Only applications that have settled the application fee and successfully uploaded all required documents will be reviewed. During the review period, you may be asked to submit additional documentation, complete an English Placement Test, or sit for a virtual admission interview. Please check your email regularly for correspondence from USJ regarding your application in order to prevent processing delays.
Evaluation Process
After being checked by the Academic Affairs Office, applications are then evaluated by the Faculties. Applications are evaluated against the pool of other applications according to the information in the submitted documents, an applicant’s English proficiency, and (if necessary) performance during a virtual interview. The time it takes to complete the evaluation process depends on a number of factors. USJ is committed to making the right admissions decisions and understands the importance of notifying applicants of the results as soon as possible.
Notification of Results
Once admissions decisions have been made, the Academic Affairs Office will notify the applicants with an official email. The result may be an offer of admission in the form of an acceptance letter, a notice of rejection, or an offer for placement on a waitlist. Offers of admission are accompanied by USJ’s Matriculation Package* which must be completed as directed in the email.
