The “Step Talks” is a series of short presentations by international architects and scholars reflecting on diverse design interventions in the contemporary city.
Prof. Filipe Afonso, Programme Supervisor of the Bachelor of Architectural Studies of the Department of Architecture and Design – USJ Faculty of Arts and Humanities, gave a talk recently about Design Interventions in the Contemporary City in “Step Talks” at the newly launched CWLane Reading Space, located in one of the oldest areas of Hong Kong and aimed at revitalising local communities and underutilised public spaces in Hong Kong.
The project was an initiative of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, organised and designed by Prof. Francesco Rossini, Associate Professor at the School of Architecture, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
