Graduation Gown Buy-back Scheme
In order to promote environmental sustainability, USJ will arrange Graduation Gown Buy-back Scheme this year. Bachelor and Master graduates from Class of 2021 may choose to return your graduation gowns to USJ and get back MOP 350 (full set in good condition only). If you are interested to participate, please note the details below:

Gown Purchase Information
As the Congregation is a dignified occasion, all graduands attending the Congregation must dress in proper graduation gowns. The Graduation Gown consists of a gown and a cap (except for Associate Diploma graduands).
Important Dates:
- Gown Order: 1 – 15 March 2021
- Gown Fitting: 1 – 15 March 2021
- Gown Payment Deadline: 15 March 2021
- Gown Collection: Mid of May 2021 onwards
- Gown Buy-back: 5 – 15 Oct 2021 (Only for gowns ordered this year)

Note: These gowns are for purchase only. There is no rental option.
Graduation Gown Buy-back Scheme
After the congregation, Bachelor and Master graduands may choose to return the gowns to USJ and get a rebate of MOP 350 (full set in good condition). Please note that only gowns purchased this year are accepted. Interested students may return the gowns with caps to Finance Office from 5 to 15 Oct 2021.
Order and Payment
a. Online Order
Please complete the Online Order Form and submit it on or before 12:00 noon, March 15th, 2021. Orders submitted afterwards may not be accepted.
After submitting your order, please print a copy of the online order form, which you need to present when making payment at the Finance Office and collecting your gown.
Payment must be made in full by March 15th, 2021
- By cash: Payment can be made in full by cash at the Finance Office
- By bank transfer to the following bank accounts:
- BNU 9000071755 or;
- BOC 110120014272.
Please send the payment proof to treasury@usj.edu.mo , indicating your major, the size of the gown and the cap. This is very important to double confirm the information filled in the google form.
You MUST retain and present your original receipt upon collection. The gown fee is non-refundable.
