適逢今年是共建「一帶一路」倡議十周年之際，為推動師生更進一步了解一帶一路在我國經濟社會發展政策中的地位與作用，聖若瑟大學於十一月二十九日特邀清華大學韓冬雪教授展開專題講座，吸引逾三十名青年學子及校友到場參與，氣氛熱烈。 活動於下午七時在聖若瑟大學(青洲校舍)圖書館二樓會議室舉行。是次受邀出席嘉賓包括，教育及青年發展局學生廳廳長陳旭偉、聖若瑟大學副校長農韻淇博士以及聖若瑟大學校友會成員等出席。 講座上，韓冬雪教授以深入淺出的方式，讓一眾青年及嘉賓認識一帶一路倡議的時代背景、經濟背景、目標以及理念等方面，充分剖析一帶一路無法短時間內進行產業結構提升的困難與成因，並同時以中國社會階層分佈圖，中國基尼系數變化曲線等數據，令一眾與會者了解我國現況。他認為產業與經濟是密不可分，如何就一帶一路所釋放的產能，以改善人民整體生活水平和保障，解決社會矛盾的問題是值得讓人深思的議題。 一帶一路倡議，是中國對世界發出的一項最重要的外交倡議，旨在促進沿線國家的互聯互通、經濟合作和共同發展。是次聖大冀透過講座讓參與者，更進一步了解我國的發展藍圖，以及整體的社會發展結構等，活動以提問互動環節作結，場面熱鬧。
