On October 22nd and 23rd, 2019, the Human Resources Office organised two full-day workshops on “Leadership in a Global Context”. They were facilitated by Krempl Communications International and targeted the University’s Heads of Administrative and Support Units.

Initiated by the Senior Management as a way of strengthening the University mission and enacting its strategic objectives, particularly the aim to “promote whole-person development and institutional accountability”, the Human Resources Office organised two full-day workshops on October 22nd and 23rd. The workshops were facilitated by Krempl Communications International and targeted the University’s Heads of Administrative and Support Units.

The main objective was to provide a transformative experience while developing the competencies of the University’s middle managers in leadership in a global context. Specifically, it provided tools for the staff to communicate more confidently; to connect on a personal level, thereby establishing high quality interpersonal relationships regardless of individual differences such as culture or ethnicity; and to stand out effectively from their global counterparts.
