The Advanced Program in Casino & Hospitality Management (APCHM) is a unique opportunity for senior executives in Macau’s Casino Industry to benefit from the world’s top training in business administration.
To provide a high quality comprehensive project, we are pooling resources from:
- The Kellogg|Católica Advanced Management Program
- The University of Saint Joseph, in Macau, and
- World experts in gambling management.
In 4 stages, spread over two months, this intensive program will give participants a fresh and global overview of the state of the art of management science and business administration as applied to the industry that today puts Macau on the world map.
The KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT is one of the most celebrated North American business schools, with an exceptional track-record in its Executive Programs, and has for the last three years been the world’s number one in Executive MBAs, according to the ranking of the Financial Times.
CATÓLICA-LISBON is the top business school in Portugal and ranks amongst the top 20 in Europe in executive and business training (FT 2013 ranking in Executive Education).
The business and administration department of the UNIVERSITY OF SAINT JOSEPH, in Macau, set up with the help of Católica-Lisbon in the late 1990s, has closely monitored and researched the Region’s unprecedented growth, developing an extensive network of alumni and contacts in the business community and local public administration.
Participants will experience the highest level of executive formation available, in the context of aca-demic excellence for which Católica is renowned. During the first two stages, they will be sharing in the fifth edition of the prestigious Kellogg|Católica Advanced Management Program, where they will encounter the latest insights in management and be provided with outstanding networking opportunities, in Lisbon and Chicago. The following stages, in Macau and Lisbon, will concentrate on issues specifically related to Entertainment and Hospitality Management.
The program is designed as a coherent whole and delivers a vast array of management tips and tools, as well as practical insights and experience. Participants are expected to contribute intensely to classroom debate and should be willing to enrich the quality of the discussion by sharing their own experiences, approaches and perspectives.
Those who successfully complete the program will receive not only the diploma for the Advanced Program in Casino & Hospitality Management, from Católica-Lisbon Executive Education, but also the diploma for the Kellogg | Católica Advanced Management Program.
