On November 10th, 2019, two USJ students and two OSAA staff members volunteered at the CESL Asia and Friends Sport Fun Day
On November 10th, 2019, two students of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), Cecilia Mak (Bachelor of Architecture – Year 4) and Frederick Tupaz Cabio (Bachelor of Architecture – Year 5), assisted as volunteers at the CESL Asia and Friends Sport Fun Day. Mr. Andrew Wong and Ms. Lydia Tong from USJ’s Office for Student and Alumni Affairs also attended the event and interacted with Macau Special Olympics (MSO) members during a lawn bowling game.
CESL Asia and Friends Sport Fun Day aims to join hands with like-minded parties with common interests of promoting social integration at all levels and stimulating public care for the underprivileged groups through investment in education, training and work opportunities. It supports the development of sport opportunities for the disabled as well as build up a healthy lifestyle in our society. All the funds raised will be donated to the MSO, enabling it to strengthen its mission of transforming lives through sports.
