Laboratory of Applied Neurosciences

The Laboratory of Applied Neurosciences (LAN/USJ) is an applied research lab at the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) that addresses emerging topics in the intersection of neurosciences, marketing, business and other related areas, such as stress, learning and professional development.

Applied neurosciences is an emerging field aimed at translating the latest findings from brain science into interventions that help a better comprehension of the human cognitive and emotional systems.

This research area is commonly multidisciplinary, and includes health/medical and neuropsychological foundations to support further research in fields such as marketing, economics, leadership, education and design/user experience.

The main objective of the LAN/USJ is to create a multimodal technological infrastructure to support different research projects (postgraduate and undergraduate) from any academic unit from the University.
