ISE launched the first of a series of environmental education activities for 2023

The Institute of Science and Environment kick-started the first of a series of environmental education events for the year 2023 aim to educate students and the general public about pressing environmental issues and ways to address them.
The Institute of Science and Environment (ISE) kick-started the first of a series of environment-related outreach activities for the year 2023 starting with a Talk for a large crowd of around 500 enthusiastic students in Lou Hau High School on February 6, 2023. This Talk was complemented by the Plastic Pollution and Mangroves exhibition, showcased in the school until February 17.
This series of environmental education events aim to educate students and the general public about pressing environmental issues and ways to address them, and are organised within the context of the projects “CTW/2022 – Wetland ecosystems: a nature-based solution for coastal protection and plastic pollution entrapment in Macao” and “FDCT0004/2019/AP – PlastiFish: Methods, effects and risk analysis of microplastics in fish production“.
