ISE hosts lab tour and microplastics workshop

USJ/ISE hosted a lab tour and a microplastics workshop for members of Britcham, and teachers from TIS and Dulwich International High School Zhuhai.
Members of the Britcham Macao, along with teachers from The International School of Macao and Dulwich International High School Zhuhai, visited the Institute of Science and Environment (ISE) for a laboratory tour and a workshop on microplastics, on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
The purpose of their visit was to explore potential collaborations in the fields of science and the environment.
During the visit, participants joined a Microplastics Workshop, part of the “Wetland ecosystems: a nature-based solution for coastal protection and plastic pollution entrapment in Macao” project currently coordinated by Prof. Karen Tagulao of ISE.
The visit was successfully held, and all parties discussed the possibility of organizing joint events and activities in the near future.
