The launch of IFCU International Research Group on Memory and Identity and the book – Memory and Identity: The Proceedings of the 28th ASEACCU Annual Conference 2022 – will take place on 25 May 2023
On Thursday, 25 May 2023, the University of Saint Joseph Macao (USJ), in partnership with the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU) and Lisbon’s Macau Scientific and Cultural Centre (CCCM), will establish the IFCU International Research Group on Memory and Identity with the launch of a book “Memory and Identity: The Proceedings of the 28th ASEACCU Annual Conference 2022”.
The group consists of a multidisciplinary team of researchers from IFCU member institutions. At the event, Isabel Gil, Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, will present her paper titled “Memory and Identity: Treading new ground on human rights discussions”, followed by responses from three professors representing the University of Santo Tomas, University of Notre Dame-Louaize, and University of Notre Dame Australia & St Mary’s University.
The event will take place at the Macau Scientific and Cultural Centre in Lisbon and can be attended by Zoom at the link below.
