Last month, USJ students participated in “Integrity Athletics Day” organised by the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) and co-organised by the Sports Bureau and the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau.
Last month, USJ students participated in “Integrity Athletics Day” organised by the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) and co-organised by the Sports Bureau and the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau. The event aimed to raise awareness of integrity among young people, promote the message of fair competition and encourage them to take action in support of the construction of a clean government.
The USJ team was represented by a group of students from the Institute of Science and Environment (ISE) comprising Jiang Taosheng, Lu Xiaoyu, Ye Wenlong, Zhang Yuhang, and Liu Yuyang. The competition included a variety of categories, including “Anti-Corruption Strike” to experience airsoft shooting, “I Support You in Integrity” to test the team’s coordination, “Build a Clean Road” to build a road for their team using designated props, and “Maintaining Integrity” to challenge the team’s intelligence and endurance. During the competitions, students demonstrated excellent team spirit, strong physical fitness, and thorough preparation before the competitions.
Finally, the USJ team emerged as the champion of the tertiary group. Their performance not only demonstrated the strength of the students but also their perseverance in the spirit of integrity. The event provided a platform for students to participate and work together and further consolidated their recognition of the value of integrity, encouraging more students to actively participate in integrity building.
