USJ Welcomes PhD Student from The University of Tokyo

USJ recently received a visit from Wang Chao-Qi, a PhD student from The University of Tokyo, and was welcomed by Prof. Ivan Arraut from the Faculty of Business and Law.
The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) recently received a visit from Wang Chao-Qi, a PhD student from The University of Tokyo, and was welcomed by Prof. Ivan Arraut from the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL).
During his visit, Mr. Wang delivered a talk on the application of mathematical and physical tools to solve complex problems in the business sector. His insights sparked discussions and debates with USJ’s Bachelor of Business Administration students.
Following the presentation, Mr. Wang and Prof. Arraut toured the USJ Ilha Verde Campus and the USJ Institute of Science and Environment (ISE) located in the Nape campus.
Mr. Wang is a PhD candidate in the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences at The University of Tokyo and is currently collaborating closely with Professor Arraut, further strengthening the ties between the two institutions.
