A Message from Higher Education Bureau (DSES)
Dear Students and Staff,
Please find below a Message from Higher Education Bureau (DSES):
Due to the continuous outbreak of the novel coronavirus, for the purpose of lowering the risk of the spread of the virus, the SAR government urges all higher education students in Macao to stay at home when possible, avoid travelling between Zhuhai and Macao. Students must stay away from crowded places. Mainland China students of Macao’s higher education institutions, who have returned to the Mainland, must stay at home and undertake self-quarantine, and not return to Macao for the time being, until the resumption of classes. In addition, all students, faculty and staff who returned to Macao from the Mainland must self-isolate at home for 14 days, in order to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work of the SAR government.
因應新型冠狀病毒疫情持續發展，為了減低疫情擴散，避免人群聚集，特區政府呼籲全澳大學生不要返回高等院校，盡量留在家中，避免來往珠澳兩地，切勿到人流密集的地方。而在澳就讀的內地大學生，倘已返回內地，暫時不要回澳，必須留在當地進行自我居家觀察，直至復課為止。此外，在停課期間，從內地回澳的大學生和教職人員應在家居自我隔離14天，以配合特區政府的防疫工作。
Devido à contínua situação da epidemia do novo coronavírus, para impedir a sua propagação e evitar a concentração de pessoas, o Governo da RAEM apela que, todos os estudantes não devem voltar agora para as suas instituições do ensino superior, e que permaneçam em sua casa o mais possível, evitando viajar entre Zhuhai e Macau e não indo a locais de grande afluxo de pessoas. Também, os estudantes do Interior da China que estudam em Macau não devem regressar, temporariamente, a Macau, se tiverem regressado ao Interior da China, é necessário que permaneçam no respectivo local para uma observação em casa, por si próprios, até que as aulas sejam retomadas. Para além disso, durante suspensão das aulas, os estudantes, docentes e trabalhadores das instituições do ensino superior, que regressem do Interior da China para Macau, devem permanecer isolados em casa, durante 14 dias, a fim de cooperar, em pleno, com o Governo da RAEM na prevenção da epidemia.
