The diversity of employers and jobs on offer is a distinctive characteristic of this year’s career fair. Besides a large range of operational and administrative jobs available at the usual large employers like CEM, CTM and casino-hotel groups, very challenging jobs in wealth management, architectural and graphic design, media productions, live entertainment production and support, food catering, counselling and social work are also available. We also look forward to exciting new opportunities from non-profit organisations like the Macao New Chinese Youth Association and the Fu Hong Society’s Best Buddies Programme.
Prof. Soo-May Cheng, the Director of the Internship and Career Office told, “Altogether, 30 companies, non-profit organisations and government departments will set up booths and give career talks to about 400 graduating students from several academic programmes offered at USJ, including, Architecture, Business Administration, Communication & Media, Design, Education, Government Studies, Information Technology, Psychology, and Social Work.” The first batch of graduates from the Architecture programme will be finishing their 5-year study and graduate this year.
