Services
Macau Spin provides office rentals; legal, finance and market consultancy; startups mentoring; and business pairing and networking services to its members. Three types of memberships are offered. All memberships include access to our services and events:
- General membership (use of co-working space – hotdesking) | MOP2,000 monthly
- Shared office membership (with dedicated desks in a shared office)| MOP5,000 monthly
- Individual office membership (with a private office for the company) | MOP8,000 monthly
Aside from memberships, clients may become partial members by renting the address of the incubator as a virtual office (@MOP500 monthly). Partial members also have access to the consultancy and mentoring services, as well as participating in our business networking events with a fee. There will also be two meeting rooms for hourly rental by members and partial members (@MOP200 per hour).
Our services include
Mentoring: during the ideation phase of member companies in developing the business model and business plan, and in strategic marketing planning in launching the businesses.
Consultancy: in accounting and financial planning; legal considerations for startups; market development for Macau, GBA, and the PSCs.
Regular seminars: by experts in doing businesses in the GBA and PSCs; pitching business ideas; enterprise financing, etc. Seminars will be co-organized with consulting partners of the USJ-FBL with expertise in the different cities in the GBA and the eight PSCs.
Networking events: with potential investors, businesses and startups in Macau and the GBA; and other members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region. Aside from events organized by Macau Spin, and local events with connection to Macau Spin, strategic partnershisp with incubators in the GBA will be developed for members of Macau Spin to participate in partners’ events.
Fieldtrips: visits to incubators, public entities, and enterprises in the GBA and PSCs.
