The Macau Association for Community Care Children and the Macau Observatory for Social Development of USJ co-organised ‘2023 Greater Bay Area Children and Youth Development Roundtable’, was held at Dom Bosco Auditorium of USJ on October 6, 2023.
The Macau Association for Community Care Children and the Macau Observatory for Social Development of University of Saint Joseph (USJ) co-organised ‘2023 Greater Bay Area Children and Youth Development Roundtable’, was held at Dom Bosco Auditorium of USJ on October 6, 2023.
This roundtable has been held at USJ for three consecutive years. Experts and scholars are invited from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to discuss educational strategies for the growth and development of children and teenagers. Prof. Jacky Ho, Prof. Sydney Hu, Dr. Elsa Tsang and Dr. I-Ian Long were the keynote speakers respectively to share difference topics with the audiences.
Prof. Jacky Ho, Dean of Faculty of Health Sciences of USJ added that the post pandemic era is a great opportunity to rethink our approaches to alleviate some of the key issues affecting the growth of our youth, the discussion centered from a medi-edu-social perspectives. Speakers invited from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to share their experiences and their recent studies surrounding policies, services and community resource mobilization.
