Dr. Ivan Arraut, of FBL, undertook a research tour in Tokyo, where he presented a paper at Tokyo Woman’s Christian University and participated in research discussions at the University of Tokyo.

On the 14th of June, 2024, Prof. Ivan Arraut of the Faculty of Business and Law of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) delivered a seminar at Tokyo Woman’s Christian University. He also explained the Black-Scholes equation and demonstrated how it can be interpreted from the perspective of physics. Furthermore, Prof. Arraut explained economic findings employing the same formalism.

Subsequently, on the 17th of June, Prof. Arraut engaged in an important discussion with a cohort at the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Frontier Sciences. This discussion encompassed the analysis of mathematical problems pertaining to decision theory, particularly those pertaining to collective behaviour.
