Business Entrepreneurs Share Experience with SBU Students
On November 27, 2018, USJ School of Business and Law students were given an opportunity to understand the inner workings and history of two well-known local Macau businesses. Seng Fung Jewelry and China Products Company. The second and third generation successors, Mr. Manny Lee and Mr. KK Kou, of the respective firms were on hand to introduce and discuss about why they joined the family business and some of their future strategies and vision for their companies.
The project is to promote action learning and provide unique and realistic learning environment for students to gain first hand insights and network with real world counterparts. Furthermore, the students were delighted by the visit and gained first-hand experience in the problems and challenges faced by second and third generation successors of family businesses in Macau. USJ is grateful for the organization of this visit and hope future exchanges and collaborations will continue with the support of the local business community of Macau.
