The University of Saint Joseph was present at the second edition of the Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries on 22 October 2022.
The University of Saint Joseph was present at the second edition of the Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries on 22 October 2022, under the Alliance for Training Qualified Bilingual Staff in Chinese and Portuguese languages. This initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions in China and Portuguese-speaking countries and to promote the mobility of students and researchers between institutions. Representing the University of Saint Joseph were the Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Professor Álvaro Barbosa and the Director of the Department of Languages and Culture of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Tânia Ribeiro Marques. It is recalled that the University of Saint Joseph was the entity responsible for organising the First Rectors’ Forum, in 2018.
A Universidade de São José marcou presença, no passado fim de semana, na segunda edição do Fórum dos Reitores das Instituições do Ensino Superior da China e dos Países de Língua Portuguesa, no âmbito da Aliança para Formação de Quadros Bilingues Qualificados nas Línguas Chinesa e Portuguesa. Uma iniciativa que pretende reforçar a cooperação entre as instituições de ensino superior da China e dos Países de Língua Portuguesa e promover a mobilidade de estudantes e investigadores entre instituições. A representar a Universidade de São José estiveram presentes o Vice-Reitor para a Internacionalização, Professor Doutor Álvaro Barbosa e a Diretora do Departamento de Línguas e Cultura da Faculdade de Artes e Humanidades, Dra. Tânia Ribeiro Marques. Recorde-se que a Universidade de São foi a entidade responsável pela organização do Primeiro Fórum de Reitores, em 2018.
