The Department of Social Work of the Faculty of Health Sciences conducted a Self-Exploration Workshop for the students of CDSJ 5

The workshop was designed to enable the students to deeply explore their personal beliefs, values, future dreams, interests, and the attitudes, knowledge and skills involved.
The Department of Social Work of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) organised a Self-Exploration Workshop for high school students of Colégio Diocesano De S. José Secondary School 5, on the 27th April, 2024. The event, which was attended by about 30 students, was designed to enable the students to deeply explore their personal beliefs, values, future dreams, interests, and the attitudes, knowledge and skills involved.
The programme was co-led by social work students from the Department of Social Work of FHS, allowing students to express and share their thoughts and feelings freely in a relaxed atmosphere, and send message of encouragement and blessings to each other.
The Department of Social Work of FHS will continue to endeavour to provide peer support activities for students in the community so that they can pay attention to their own mental and physical health to promote their overall healthy development.
