On the 9th of December, 2022, Wynn Macao and USJ Vice-Rector Prof. Keith Morrison signed the MOU for the “Cherish Food and Waste Reduction-Smart Technology Application Outreach Program” Collaboration at the Green Conference Zone at Exhibition Hall E, Venetian Macao.
On the 9th of December, 2022, Wynn Macao and USJ Vice-Rector Professor Keith Morrison signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the “Cherish Food and Waste Reduction-Smart Technology Application Outreach Program” Collaboration at the Green Conference Zone at Exhibition Hall E, Venetian Macao.
The collaboration of Green development on the use of the Winnow AI system started in 2022 at USJ Ilha Verde Campus. The AI system is a smart technology in the catering services that analyses food waste and was installed in the main campus canteen kitchen. Under the jointly partnership with Wynn and Winnow, sharing session, training and workshop was organised and provide to USJ and the canteen vendors to proceed on the utility and project on the study of food waste weekly analysis. The cooperation has successfully strengthened the understanding and awareness of food sustainability related matters such as healthy eating, reduction of food loss and waste.
