University of Saint Joseph (USJ) basketball team participated in the Intercontinental Basketball Tournament held at the SIAS College from 27 October to 2 November, 2024. This tournament attracted university basketball teams from the Philippines, Mexico, and various domestic institutions, providing players with a valuable international competition platform.
The basketball team displayed remarkable performances during the tournament, demonstrating teamwork and a spirit of perseverance. Throughout the competition, team members not only improved their individual skills but also engaged in cultural exchanges with opponents from diverse backgrounds, fostering friendships.
During the games, USJ basketball team showcased their tenacity and indomitable will, giving their all in pursuit of victory. They exhibited outstanding basketball skills on the court and exemplified unity, camaraderie, and sportsmanship off the court. Despite facing strong opponents from various countries and regions, their courageous efforts and fearless spirit garnered high praise from both spectators and competitors.
