On the 16th &17th of April, USJ invited the representative from the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong

On the 16^th &17^th of April, USJ invited the representative from the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong – Mr. Vincent Wong to host a two day Mental First Aid workshop for our students and staff. Around 30 students and staff have taken part in their workshop, Mr. Wong shared his knowledge on Mental First Aid and types, causes, symptoms of mental health problems as well as consulting skills with the participants.  Moreover, Mr. Wong not only offered many real life examples, but also conducted several role play activities that inspired the participants. We have received many positive feedback from the participants. After the workshop, participants had a deeper understanding of the Mental Health problems and acquired wider knowledge and skills in identifying and handling the emotional and behavioral problems of the people around them.
