本課程旨在為來自不同領域的專業人員提供葡萄牙語法律文件撰寫技術和法律技能培訓。
學位後立法學文憑課程需於一年內完成24學分的課程。本課程側重於講授立法學的主要課題,如立法程序、法律材料和正式立法等。除了關注澳門法律體系的獨特性,課程還重視教授澳門基本法、葡萄牙語的法律術語、法律研究方法和規範的法律材料創作技巧。此課程得到來自澳門和葡萄牙(葡萄牙天主教大學-波爾圖)的學者,以及來自澳門的法律專業人士的參與和合作。
本課程的課程主任為Douty Diakite。
在一年的夜間課程中,學位後立法學文憑課程學生持有全日制學生身份。
