2021聖大就業展將於4月13至14日在聖若瑟大學青洲校舍黃昇雄展覽廳舉行。

為了幫助我們的學生與雇主建立聯繫並與雇主互動，聖若瑟大學(USJ)學生和校友事務部(OSAA)今年舉辦實體就業展，使雇主可以在疫情潮趨穩定下為即將畢業的學生以及USJ校友提供工作機會。今年的就業展的主題是“支持創新多元 ． 迎接經濟復原”。

  • 準備和更新您的簡歷
  • 研究您感興趣的公司
  • 穿着整齊並看起來專業
  • 自信、禮貌並尊重雇主
  • 參加就業工作坊
  • 建立社交網
  • 向雇主詢問聯繫方式

參加就業展前

  • 向您感興趣的雇主進行一些研究。您可以在就業展上查閱展位及參展單位列表及其職位空缺。
  • 訪問雇主的網站，以了解有關其文化、業務、服務和工作機會等信息，亦要準備將要問雇主的問題，並避免問一些問題可以從網站或職位描述中輕鬆找到。
  • 加入關於簡歷/求職信寫作以及面試技巧的講座、工作坊或座談會
  • 閱讀《聖大求職指南》https://www.usj.edu.mo/zh/resources-2/
  • 準備和更新您的簡歷，尋求職業資詢者的建議，以確保您的簡歷符合職場標準

就業展進行期間

  • 穿着要符合職場規範，以達致與雇主進行面試或諮詢時展現出專業形象
  • 時刻保持自信，禮貌和謙虛，並尊重雇主
  • 藉此機會與雇主積極溝通並建立網絡，而不僅僅是尋找工作和閱讀小冊子
  • 提出一些您準備表現出您的熱誠和興趣的問題，如果雇主認為您是合適的候選人，則雇主可以邀請您進行面試
  • 他們也可能在就業展期間通過一對一的對話與您互動。
  • 不要局限於自己的首選雇主。需開闊視野，考慮其他雇主，並在就業展上參觀他們的展位。他們可能會提供您感興趣的一些機會。
  • 參加職業講座，小組討論以及諮詢，使您能夠與職業顧問，進一步的研究顧問和參與的雇主進行互動。
  • 免費職業諮詢，內容包括撰寫專業簡歷的技巧，面試技巧和技巧，薪資趨勢，建立職業道路，如何顯得聰明以及進一步學習

  • 如果您接到雇主的面試電話，請通過瀏覽雇主的網站，職位描述並閱讀《聖大求職指南》，為自己做好充分的準備。

Career Fair (Day) is an opportunity for students of the University of Saint Joseph to explore internship and career opportunities for their future. The Career Fair (Day) aims to:
  1. Help connect students with the business world
  2. Offer students an insight into the potential jobs and careers available in Macau
  3. Give employers an opportunity to meet with our staff and students in a relaxed and intimate environment
  4. Introduce work experience placements to students over the summer period

Students

USJ Career Fair (Day) is your opportunity to meet with company representatives about internships and full-time careers. Whether you are a first-year student, planning your graduation in the very near future, or somewhere in between in your academic career, you owe it to yourself to attend. This is also a great networking opportunity!

Employers

Employers are able to meet and talk with our talented students about your internship and full-time opportunities. This is an excellent chance to promote your organisation. Come find your next successful team member! New partners are always welcome.
