Short Bio
Dr. Helena’s vocation gravitates toward helping people by means of her expertise in counselor education, supervision, and counseling. In education, she facilitates students to uncover their potentials and interests. In supervision, she assists supervisees to compassionately serve people in their best interests. In clinical counseling, she helps clients raise self-awareness, cultivate strengths to confront life’s agonies, and nurture openness.
