From November 10th to 14th, 2019, USJ signed MoUs with Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science (HITS; Chennai, India) and Krempl Communications International (KCI) at AUAP Annual Conference 2019 being held at Naresuan University in Phitsanulok, Thailand.
The USJ PhD student, Mr. Warren Li, gave a presentation at an international workshop on Food Loss and Waste Prevention targeting the Southeast and East Asian Region in Tokyo in October.

From October 28th until November 1st, 2019, PIRO organised USJ’s Internationalisation Week with the support of the Senior Management and guest facilitator and speaker Mrs Magda Ferro, Head of the International Relations Office of the Porto Regional Centre of Universidade Católica Portuguesa
USJ was awarded the “Award of Blood Drive Motivation for Tertiary Education Institutions” in recognition of organising blood donation activities.
The XX Pavilion, a temporary bamboo structure designed by USJ’s Architecture students, was officially inaugurated on October 30th, 2019, and is open to the public until December 8th.
