The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) organises several events and free public lectures that provide access to educational resources in different areas and topics every academic year.
These events aim to raise awareness and disseminate evidence-based practices and interventions. Some events bring together USJ students and professors, and some are open to partner institutions and the general public.

USJ Macao signed cooperative agreements with Foon Yew High Schools Johor Bahru and Kulai, and participated in the China Higher Education Fair 2024 held in Johor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, during a visit organised by the Macao Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ).

The 43rd Macau Green Week Carnival, held on 16-17 March 2024, received strong support from the community, showcasing the growing interest in environmental initiatives. Organised by ISE-USJ the event featured an ISE booth that highlighted wetlands, responsible water management, sustainable fisheries, and the importance of mangroves in coastal protection.
